Delivery Information

We deliver across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For delivery to other countries, please contact us — we assess the options on a case-by-case basis.

You are welcome to collect your vehicle free of charge from one of our offices in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. We arrange an appointment and hand the vehicle over in person.

After full payment and completed registration, we typically deliver within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country and the vehicle.

Binding dates are confirmed in your order confirmation. Quoted times are indicative unless expressly agreed as binding.

Delivery costs depend on the destination and the vehicle and are communicated to you transparently before the contract is concluded. There are no delivery costs when you collect the vehicle.

We support you with country-specific formalities — APK in the Netherlands, autokeuring in Belgium and TÜV in Germany — as well as the handover of vehicle documents.

At handover you inspect the vehicle together with our team. Any issues are recorded in the handover report.
