These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all enquiries, offers and contracts with Automax Group B.V. ("Automax", "we"). By using the website you agree to these terms.

Automax brokers and sells inspected used cars across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We aim to present vehicle descriptions, specifications, mileage and prices accurately.

Information on the website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only upon our express written confirmation. Obvious errors and typographical mistakes do not bind us.

All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Unless stated otherwise, registration, delivery and country-specific inspections (e.g. APK, autokeuring, TÜV) are not included in the vehicle price.

Payment terms, deposits and due dates are set out in the relevant order confirmation.

Delivery dates are indicative unless expressly agreed as binding. Title to the vehicle passes only upon full payment.

Collection from one of our offices, and delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, are available by arrangement.

Any statutory rights of withdrawal or return are governed by applicable consumer law and will be communicated to you during the order process.

Statutory warranty rights apply. The scope and duration of any additional guarantee are set out in the relevant vehicle documentation.

Automax is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, to the extent permitted by law.

Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence take precedence.
