Contact and enquiry data: name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message when you submit a form, request financing or place an order.

Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and referrer, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Transaction data: information required to process a purchase, delivery or financing arrangement.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to respond to enquiries and perform contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (point (c)), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure operation, fraud prevention and improving our services (point (f)).

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data with service providers that help us operate — including hosting, email delivery (Resend), payment and financing partners, and analytics/advertising services (e.g. Google, Meta). They process data solely on our instructions under data-processing agreements.
